Refund policy

At Bull Threads Co., every piece is made to order. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, etc.).

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ve got you. Just email us at contact@bullthreads.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and send a replacement or refund.

All sales are final unless the product is defective.
